- roads that dead-end into a beach
- traditional Fijian music, the happiest sound ever

- surprisingly few horrifying bugs
- no poisonwood
- no poison ivy
- waking up each morning to the sound of goats and roosters (Note: not everyone loves this)
- huge, beautiful mango trees
